Shipping policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. The German version is the legally binding version.

Delivery area

We currently deliver only to shipping addresses within Germany.

Shipping costs

For orders up to €29.99, shipping costs €5.00.

Orders of €30.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping provider

Orders are normally shipped with DHL. If another shipping provider is expressly offered at checkout, the shipping method selected there applies.

Processing and delivery times

Non-personalized products are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment.

Personalized products are normally prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 business days. Complex image editing may extend the processing time by 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery within Germany normally takes a further 1 to 2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at the shipping location are not included when calculating processing times.

If a different delivery time is stated on a product page or at checkout, that information takes precedence.

Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available only if it is expressly offered at checkout and selected by you.

Shipping damage

Please report obvious shipping damage as soon as reasonably possible to shop@gravam.de. Failure to report such damage does not affect consumers' statutory warranty rights.
