Personalization Information
Thank you for your interest in our personalized products. Please carefully check the chosen text, name, date, images, and other information before submitting your order. The information will generally be used exactly as entered during the ordering process.
Recommended text length for standard sizes
- 300 × 300 mm: up to 4 lines
- 400 × 400 mm: usually 7–8 lines
Custom-made products
Individual sizes up to 600 × 900 mm are possible as part of a custom-made request. The actual achievable size depends on the shape, motif, material, and technical feasibility.
Depending on the motif, font, and text length, a different layout may be required. The font size will be adjusted to the text and motif. For templates with a signature, the last line is usually reserved for this.

Changes and right of withdrawal
Once production has begun, changes are only possible if manufacturing has not progressed so far that an adjustment is technically and organizationally reasonable. According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for clearly personalized goods or goods made to customer specifications. Your legal rights in the event of defects, incorrect delivery, or transport damage remain unaffected.
