Separate disposal of old electrical equipment

Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with unsorted household waste at the end of its service life. The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin indicates the obligation for separate collection.

Please hand in old appliances at a municipal collection point or another legally designated return point. Information on collection points can be obtained from your city or municipality. Disposal at municipal collection points is generally free of charge for private households.

Batteries and accumulators

If batteries or accumulators are included and can be removed non-destructively, they must be removed before disposing of the old appliance and disposed of separately at the designated collection points. The AA battery required for operation is not included with our wall clocks.

Note on data protection

If an old appliance contains personal data, you are responsible for deleting it before disposal. Our wall clocks do not store any personal data.

Waste prevention

Handle electrical appliances carefully and use them for as long as possible. In the event of malfunctions, check whether a repair or the replacement of individual components is possible before disposing of the appliance.
