Cancellations and returns

For non-personalized goods, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies. The full terms and conditions can be found in our cancellation policy.

You can declare your withdrawal by email to shop@gravam.de, by post, or electronically via your order overview.

After declaring your withdrawal, please send the goods within 14 days at the latest to:

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Please package the goods securely for transport. Using the original packaging is helpful but not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Personalized Products

For goods manufactured according to your personal specifications or clearly personalized, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. This particularly applies to products with custom text, names, dates, images, or individual designs.

Defects, Incorrect Delivery, or Transit Damage

The lack of a right of withdrawal for personalized goods does not restrict your statutory rights regarding defects. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at shop@gravam.de and, if possible, include photos and your order number. We will review the case and, if necessary, arrange for a return or replacement delivery.

An "immediate" notification is not a prerequisite for your statutory rights; however, prompt communication facilitates processing.
